Dave grew the internal eCommerce team from 1 to 8 people. Hi main contribution was to manage the digital marketing channels. SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and Paid Search were expanded to become profitable pieces in the multi-channel marketing of the brand.

The email marketing was expanded greatly and the list grown from 30,000 to 150,000 email addresses. He was also a key contributor to the overall marketing of the company and enjoyed contributing to branding through data driven analysis.

Dave was a member of the executive team and reported to board level. He presented to owners The Myer Family Corporation a number of times.
